exactly , teenager mostly hard to get enough sleep, they called insomnia, i think if your body relax and your feel free not strees, and also you've good time for night sleep.


so here we go, before that, i'm actually a morning person i can't more sleep untill the sun is already rise, pray to god we called subuh, and drink one glass of mineral water


1. so first, you should enough drink mineral water on your day

2. eat vegetable and protein also carbo too

3. eat fruits, and i'm actually also everyday always consumtion fruit like, smoothies guava, or orange , tht's good for your healthy during pandemic covid -19

4.  don't forced your eyes to still awake for something nothing important, like still chat with someone else or game , DON'T

5. sleep under 10.00 pm

6. close your eyes and relax your mind and body

7. don' streesed , just feel free, just feel your body are need to break in 8 hour , enough sleep

8. you could read book before you sleep too, like novel since or something like that, because the light of the phone screen made your brain still awake bacuse your brain accept the signal still shine like isn't a time for a sleep

9. so you all can try all of this, may this help you all because you  can't sleep enough 

10. and don' forget untill awake in the moring for muslim pray subuh, and don't forget to drink mineral water


that' s all all ready my habits in the night, and in the morning, be a morning person is happiness
